Ticket Sales

The Saenger Theatre Box Office is located in Downtown Pensacola at 22 East Intendencia Street, Pensacola, FL 32502.
- Hours of Operation: Monday–Friday, 10 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
- Performance Day Hours of Operation: The box office will open one hour before showtime and closes 30 minutes after the performance begins.
- A day-of-show box office is located in the Palafox Lobby and opens one hour before showtime.
- Methods of payment accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover with proper ID.
Box Office Policies
- All tickets are non-refundable.
- The Box Office does not accept cash payments.
- For most events at the Saenger Theatre, children under the age of two may be admitted without a ticket if seated on an adult’s lap. Some events require a ticket for all attendees or have specific age restrictions. Please contact the Box Office for details.
- Tickets are valid only for the event, date, and seat indicated and must be retained for admission. Lost, stolen, or destroyed tickets cannot be replaced.
- A ticket is a revocable license to attend the listed event and is subject to the full terms of Ticketmaster. Admission may be refused or revoked without refund for failure to comply with these terms.
- Tickets purchased through unauthorized sources may be invalid, lost, stolen, or counterfeit and will not be honored.
- The Saenger Theatre assumes no responsibility for tickets purchased outside of the Saenger Theatre Box Office, Ticketmaster, or AXS.
- Complimentary tickets are not exchangeable or redeemable for any benefits associated with paid admission.
- Ticket holders assume all risks occurring before, during, or after the event, including injury of any kind, and release the venue, performers, promoters, Ticketmaster, and all affiliated parties from liability.
- In the event of a cancellation, refunds will be issued through the original point of purchase.
